TJ has the distinction of being the oldest and longest serving horse at Courage Reins. With age, comes adjustment. For example, we’ve changed his diet over the years to best accommodate the loss of a couple of molars. However, overall he is in excellent shape. Previous owners tell us he’s been a good horse throughout his life. He shows real ability for jumping and English equitation and is loved by all who care for him. Even as our most senior team member, he’s still eager to pop over a few small jumps with a good rider on his back. And, without fail, he always presents himself by turning and greeting you with his warm, trusting eyes.
